F65 Conveyor
A system with a beam width of 65mm and chain width of 63 mm. The links of the chain are spread apart by 1 inch(25,4mm) relative to each other.
Used to convey products of medium and small diameter or width, from 14mm to 130mm e.g. bearings, glass or PET bottles, aerosols, cosmetics, all sorts of singular or collective cigarette packs, mass flow transport, tea or coffee boxes, etc.
Depending on the weight of the product and the complexity of the route it has to take, the maximum conveyor length is around 40m in horizontal routes and 8m in vertical routes.
The load of the product should not exceed 210kg in horizontal routes and 80kg in vertical routes. In wedge type transporters, the product weight should not exceed 1kg. Maximum load on one link equals to 1,55kg.
