FBX175 Conveyor
A system with a beam width of 182 mm and chain width of 175 mm. The links of the chain are spread apart by 33,5mm relative to each other. Used in the hygienic industry, which requires conveyors to meet stainless steel standards, to convey boxes of various sizes, plastic&metal buckets,bags, cosmetics and food. Sizes of those products range from 60mm to 440mm.
Depending on the weight of the product and the complexity of the route it has to take, the maximum conveyor length is around 30m in horizontal routes and 15m in vertical routes. The load of the product should not exceed 200kg in horizontal routes and 80kg in vertical routes. The maximum load put on the conveyor in horizontal transport is 15kg per product. The maximum load to be put on one link is 2,5kg.
