FH Conveyor
A system with a beam width of 105mm and chain width of 103 mm. The links of the chain are spread apart by 35,5mm relative to each other.
Used to convey products like small or medium bottles or boxes ranging from 24mm to 300mm.
Depending on the weight of the product and the complexity of the route it has to take, the maximum conveyor length is around 30m in horizontal routes and 8m in vertical routes.
The load of the product should not exceed 300kg in horizontal routes and 80kg in vertical routes. The maximum load put on the conveyor in horizontal transport is 20kg per product and 15kg in vertical transport. In wedge type transporters, the product weight should not exceed 2kg. The maximum load on one link equals to 2 kg.
