FB-175 Conveyor
A system with a beam width of 182mm and chain width of 175mm. The links of the chain are spread apart by 33,5mm relative to each other.
Used to convey products like cardboard boxes ranging from sizes of 60mm to 400mm, foil wrapped products, detergents, food products, protective personal implements, collective packages of fragile products, small and medium sized buckets.
Depending on the weight of the product and the complexity of the route it has to take, the maximum conveyor length is around 30m in horizontal routes and 15m in vertical routes.
The load of the product should not exceed 200kg in horizontal routes and 80kg in vertical routes. The maximum load put on the conveyor in horizontal transport is 15kg per product. The maximum load on one link equals to 2,5kg.
